30 Days of Restorative Yoga

These are the restorative yoga poses that I held in my #30daysofyoga challenge. I invite you to try it out too! I held each pose for 2 minutes at the start, and built up to 5 minutes per pose when I felt ready! I had a yoga mat, a round yoga bolster, a rectangular yoga bolster, 2 foam blocks and a yoga blanket. I also had a couple of faceclothes (a hand towel would be fine too) to put under my head if I needed a little extra height!
